If project cost is more than $400 USD, a minimum of 50% is due upon agreement of services. A consultation fee of $50 may be required for larger projects, which is a non-refundable research and calendar reservation fee. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of services and before packaging and delivery of final files can be provided. Designs may take between 3 and 10+ days for completion from time of approved start date. To be issued a project start date, the minimum down payment is required to reserve your spot on the calendar. Rush orders are available upon request, but will double the cost of the work.
